Rob entered the United States Navy immediately following high school. He assumed increasing roles of responsibility during his Naval enlistment and was honorably discharged, earning the rank of E-5 (Second Class Petty Officer).
Rob started Schielke Insurance Agency and NJDRIVER.COM in 2000. After many successful years, he sold his agency in 2019. Rob started a new agency in 2024, the PBA Blue Guardian Insurance Agency, LLC as a joint venture partner with the New Jersey State Police Benevolent Association.
It has always been the drive of Rob to support his neighbors, military and first responders anyway possible. Rob served his town of Kenilworth as OEM, Planning Board Member and Councilman.
Rob’s focused on growing the PBA Blue Guardian and he looks forward to serving the members of the New Jersey State Policeman’s Benevolent Association for many years to come.
